Zonder zijn kernactiviteit &#8211; de opvang en opvolging van werknemers met een contract op grond van artikel 60, \u00a77 &#8211; uit het oog te verliezen, breidt het programma voortdurend uit met nieuwe inschakelingsmaatregelen. Deze algemene tendens moet worden toegeschreven aan de overbelasting bij de maatschappelijk werkers die in de OCMW&#8217;s en de wijkkantoren de mensen begeleiden die daarvoor in aanmerking komen. Om dit probleem te verhelpen, werkt het programma voor socioprofessionele inschakeling aan <b>een verdere uitbreiding van zijn partnerbestand<\/b>. In 2022 hebben we vijf nieuwe samenwerkingsverbanden opgestart met de OCMW&#8217;s van Oudergem, Ganshoren, Ukkel, Sint-Pieters-Woluwe en Jette.<\/p>\n<p>Het ziekteverzuim van de medewerkers met een inschakelingstraject bleef in 2022 stabiel en daalde zelfs licht. Het blijft echter hoog in vergelijking met de overige werknemers van Samusocial. Dit is overwegend te wijten aan de sociale situatie van de werknemers met een inschakelingstraject. <b>Het bemiddelingswerk van onze begeleidster van het programma en specifieke HR-permanenties voor het programma zijn daarom van groot belang.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In 2022 werden ook twee nieuwe socioprofessionele inschakelingsmaatregelen ingevoerd: de opvang van jonge vrijwilligers van het <b>Platform voor de Samenlevingsdienst<\/b> en het project &#8220;<b>Stage First<\/b>&#8220;, in samenwerking met Actiris, dat voorziet in de opvang en de opleiding van laag- of middelmatig geschoolde jongeren. De inschakelingsmaatregel die qua aanwezigheid nog steeds het meest betrouwbaar is, zijn de GECO&#8217;s (gesubsidieerde contractuele personeelsleden) met een aanwezigheidsgraad van bijna 95%, een statuut dat momenteel goed is voor 14 betrekkingen.<\/p>\n<p>Ten slotte hebben dit jaar 21 personen deelgenomen aan de eerste &#8220;Job Day&#8221; voor werknemers &#8220;artikel 60, \u00a77&#8221;, die samen met het OCMW van de stad Brussel werd ingericht.[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"60\" vullen;<\/li>\n<li>Ons interne opleidingsaanbod ontwikkelen en nieuwe samenwerkingsverbanden zoeken met opleidingsorganen voor werknemers met een socioprofessioneel
